01Context

DeRent tokenizes real estate: investors buy fractional shares of properties around the world and earn a passive income from them. Its token is sold in presale rounds through a personal dashboard on Propichain, paid in crypto from an account or a connected wallet.

The work covers the landing page — how it works, the smart contract, tokenomics, roadmap, how to buy, FAQ — and the dashboard behind it: sign-in, buying, transactions, account activity and settings.

02Problem

Two unfamiliar things at once.

Property investors rarely know how to buy a token; crypto holders rarely know how to judge a building. The page had to make fractional ownership obvious to the first and credible to the second — and the dashboard had to make buying the next round the easiest thing on the screen.

Decisions that shaped the product

One building, many owners — drawn, not explained.

Why: Fractional ownership is abstract until you see it.
Result: How it works shows one house shared by four owners, each with their slice — 18%, 35%, 27% and 20% — next to the promise of a passive income.

How it works: a house on a floating island with four owners around it — owning 18%, 20%, 35% and 27% of the property — “Future of ownership real estate, all generating you a passive income” and Buy tokens now.

The smart contract as a story.

Why: ‘Smart contract’ means nothing to someone buying property.
Result: One worked example — two parties agree to transact through DeRent, for a sale or a one-year rental — walks through what the contract does at each step.

Two ways to buy, side by side.

Why: Some arrive with a wallet, others with an email address.
Result: How to buy lays out signing up and connecting a wallet as two equal methods, step by step.

The dashboard opens on the purchase.

Why: During a presale the one job is buying the next round.
Result: The dashboard leads with the live countdown, the round and the price, and the buy form — with the purchase agreement ticked before the button.

Why: Crypto buyers expect to check who has touched their account.
Result: Recent activity lists every device, browser and IP; settings hold two-factor verification, the activity log and alerts for unusual activity.

If I had another two weeks

What I’d test: Whether the four-owners picture makes fractional ownership click faster than the words around it.
What I’d measure: How many buyers take the wallet path and how many sign up — and where each one drops.
What I’d change: Settle one name: the landing speaks of DeRent and $DRT, the dashboard of Propichain and PROPI.
